Flight delays
If your flight is delayed or diverted, we track it automatically and there is no charge.
Changes
You can change your date, time, or destination free of charge more than 24 hours before pickup. Send us a WhatsApp and we'll adjust.
Force majeure
Cancellations caused by weather, road closures, or events beyond either party's control are refunded in full.
