Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we reply by email or WhatsApp with a confirmation message. The price we confirm is fixed — no fuel surcharges, no night rates, no surprises.

Payment

Payment is made in cash (EUR or BAM) directly to the driver at the end of the ride or tour. Bank transfer is available on request for group bookings. PayPal is coming soon.

Punctuality

We commit to being on time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust automatically at no extra cost. If you're a no-show without notice, the full price is due.

Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to behave courteously and to comply with local law. We reserve the right to end a booking early in the case of abusive behavior.

Liability

All vehicles are fully insured. Heart of Bosnia is not liable for loss of personal items left in vehicles — please double-check before leaving.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, road closures, or events beyond our control. In such cases we will offer a re-schedule or refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
