Can I pay in cash?

Yes — cash payment (EUR or BAM) is preferred, directly to your driver at the end of the ride or tour. No deposit required for standard bookings.

Can I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is coming soon. For now, we accept cash on arrival. Bank transfer is available for group bookings on request.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time using its number, so we automatically adjust to any delay at no extra cost. If your flight is diverted or cancelled, WhatsApp us as soon as you can.

Do you offer private tours?

Every tour we run is 100% private — just you, your group, and your driver-guide. No strangers, no coach buses, no fixed schedules.

Can I customize my tour?

Absolutely. You can adjust an existing tour or design a fully custom itinerary. Send us a note via the Custom Tours page or WhatsApp with what you'd like to see.

What is included in the price?

Private driver, fuel, tolls, parking, insurance, bottled water, and phone chargers. Entrance fees, meals, and optional experiences are usually not included — they're listed on each tour page.

Can I cancel my booking?
